Ich fange diese Session an in dem ich den Sklaven zwinge, meine Ballerinas zu lecken während ich auf seinem Bauch sitze - dann stehe ich auf und fange an ihn zu trampeln! Ich laufe über seine Brust und Bauch bevor die richtigen Qualen anfangen - und ich mich mit vollem Gewicht auf seinen Hals stelle. Ich weiß, dass ihm sein Brustkorb noch von der letzten Session weh tut und er kaum atmen kann, wenn ich auf seiner Brust stehe - aber deswegen braucht er noch lange keine Gnade erwarten. Zwischendurch befehle ich ihm immer wieder meine Ballerinas zu küssen und zu lecken - natürlich dieses Mal, während ich auf ihm stehe. Und am Ende ziehe ich die Schuhe auch noch aus und befehle ihm meine nackten Füße zu lecken!

I took the slave to one of my favorite jogging spots - a large hill in the middle of the city, made from old mining overburden and now a recreational area. From the top you can see the massive city surrounding the hill and the slave has to lie down next to a few wooden poles. Now I start trampling him wearing my running shoes. I brutally walk, jump and stomp all over his body - while some people are jogging and biking in the background :-D Maybe I should order the slave to keep lying there - so others can get a workout on him as well :-D
Ich habe den Sklaven mit zu einem meiner Lieblingsorte zum Joggen genommen - einer großen Halde mitten in der Stadt - aufgeschütteter Abraum einer alten Mine, die jetzt zum Naherholungsgebiet umgebaut wurde. Von hier oben kann man weit in alle Richtungen über die Stadt schauen und der Sklave muss sich neben ein paar Holzbalken legen. Jetzt fange ich an ihn mit meinen Sportschuhen zu trampeln. Ich laufe, springe und stampfe über seinen Körper während im Hintergrund Jogger und Radfahrer vorbeikommen :-D Vielleicht sollte ich ihm befehlen hier liegen zu bleiben - damit ihn auch andere benutzen können um noch ein wenig Sport zu bekommen :-D

The railroad gate just went down and I hate waiting! Good to have a slave nearby all the time! I stick my dirty boots out the car's window and order the slave to lick the soles clean while I wait for the train to pass. Just like a good foot slave is supposed to - he licks all the dirt off my boot sole, sucks the heels clean and polishes the leather with his tongue. I wonder what the people in the train thought when they saw a guy licking my boots in the middle of the road?! Doesn't really matter, everyone can know he's just a slave :-D
Die Bahnschranke musste natürlich genau jetzt runtergehen - ich hasse warten! Gut, dass ich immer einen Sklaven in der Nähe habe. Ich strecke meine dreckigen Stiefel aus dem Fahrerfenster und er muss die Stiefelsohlen sauber lecken während ich darauf warte, dass der Zug endlich durchfährt. Wie es sich für einen guten Fußsklaven gehört leckt er den Dreck von den Sohlen, lutscht die Absätze ab und poliert das Leder mit seiner Zunge. Was die Leute im Zug wohl dachten als sie sahen wie ein Typ einfach so meine Stiefel leckt?! Eigentlich auch egal, kann ja ruhig jeder wissen, dass er nur ein Sklave ist :-D

I don't want my slave to get out of shape and ordered him to do regular workouts. I walk in on one of his workouts with my friend and we decide to make his training a little harder. While he's doing pushups we put a foot on his back and press down or even stand on his back - obviously that's too hard for the weak slave and he can't do many! Then I order him to turn around, raise his legs, sit down on his feet and make him leg-press my weight while I rest my feet on his face. Then it's time for the abs-workout! He has to do crunches while we're standing on his stomach. We took our shoes and socks off and after I stood on my tip-toes on his abs during crunches we just put our socks on his nose and he has to continue to do crunches while sniffing our socks!
Meine Sklave soll ja nicht aus der Form kommen und hat ein hartes Trainingsprogramm befohlen bekommen. Ich platze in eine seiner Trainingseinheiten mit meiner Freundin rein und wir entscheiden uns sein Training noch ein bisschen härter zu machen. Während er Liegestütze macht drücken wir mit unseren Füßen seinen Rücken runter und stellen uns sogar dabei auf seinen Rücken - natürlich ist er zu schwach um so viele zu machen! Dann muss er sich umdrehen, die Füße hoch nehmen und ich setze mich auf seine Füße - er muss mein Gewicht hochdrücken während ich meine Füße auf sein Gesicht abstelle. Dann wird's Zeit fürs Bauchmuskeltraining und er muss Crunches machen während wir auf seinem Bauch stehen! Wir haben zwischendurch auch unsere Schuhe und Socken ausgezogen und nachdem ich noch auf Zehenspitzen auf (oder in :-D) seinem Bauch stand legen wir ihm unsere Socken auf die Nase und er muss weiter Crunches machen während er unsere Socken riecht!
